Eaddy Sutton was a dream to work with in the creation of a new website promoting an expanding business as a writing teacher, freelance editor, and creativity coach. She was clear about the process as one we would co-create. She has a keen eye for pairing identity with the aesthetic of the finished product.

But I was most struck by the way she held space for the tumultuous inner journey I took as I faced the complexity of identity and bringing my voice to my clients, always with a calming and appreciative stance.

Great energy and a truly unique way of working through the overwhelming tasks of website revisions.

She is professional, has a great sense of humor, and is genuinely interested in helping my business succeed.
— The Elemental Self
Together, we worked to completely restructure the way our organization presented itself to the community. We wrote new copy, designed new fliers, built a new website, and brought organizational clarity to every interaction with clients and volunteers.

Within a year, our presence in the community had increased significantly and our client numbers had tripled.

Eaddy is easy to work with, cheerful, and knows how to keep the focus on the things that truly matter.

Eaddy Sutton, Business and Marketing Consultant

When you hire me, I get to know your goals, your products, your past efforts, your dreams, and your challenges. We'll do a deep dive into what you need and make concrete plans for making it happen.

And yet -- while I work for you, I also represent your customers. I see your business the way they see it, and in some ways, they are my true client. I work to please your customers, especially your potential customers.

My unique lens of User Experience flags confusion points and missed opportunities, leading to practical marketing solutions that delight your customers and bring real results to your bottom line.

I am an experienced educator with an M.Ed and over ten years in the classroom, and I have 30+ credits toward a second masters degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Communications. I've been an Executive Director for an online business with international reach, the Director of a local mission-based organization, the Treasurer of a non-profit board, and an advocate for smart management and smarter marketing for over 20 years. I've led strategic planning projects and driven meaningful change, I've re-branded companies and launched new products, and I've built and managed million-dollar budgets for both profit and non-profit organizations.

And I've been where you are right now -- overwhelmed, frustrated with the options, and looking for practical hands-on marketing assistance to get my business headed toward connection and growth.

So I created the service I’ve been looking for, a full circle, no- stone-left-unturned approach to small business marketing that brings a fresh new perspective, results, and meaningful change. Three Sixty Click!

I’m a generalist, and proud of it.

You may have noticed I’m offering a wide range of services — from financial analysis to graphic design, back-end SEO to front-end UX, task lists to strategic oversight. This isn’t typical. The traditional model is specialization — one guy builds the website, another gal does the logo, a third takes a look at the books, a fourth posts on social media, and on and on until the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and there’s no clear goal.

Even worse, you’re a single-handed business owner trying to do it all yourself, therefore, not at all.

I received degree in General Studies from New College, The Honors College of Florida, where I learned a little bit about a lot of things. Soon after, I earned a Master of Education from Antioch and began a twelve-year career in Waldorf schools, as an administrator, Finance Committee member, and class teacher. After that, I was on the way to completing my MBA when I ran the numbers and saw that investing in my own business had way better ROI (return on investment). The marketing world is moving at warp speed and the old traditional institutions are, umm, a little slow to adjust.

I’ve been building budgets, designing lessons, creating graphics, and storytelling as one inter-related endeavor since the 1990s. Drawing on two decades of diverse business experiences, I bring a fresh perspective to your situation, pick up all the loose ends and pull apart the knot. We’ll see how all of the elements of your business are connected in one full circle sweep, and then make a plan to get it done.

Eaddy has been a life saver! Updating my website has been on my to-do list for two years and I just wasn’t getting it done. I started working with Eaddy and her gentle, persistent project management has redesigned the look and feel of my website and connected that look across all of my marketing materials — Facebook, email, brochures, and website.

Her eye for design, expertise with words, and awareness of the User’s Experience is a unique bundle of skills that made everything come together quickly and easily.

She’s professional, kind, humorous and gets the job done. It is such a relief to find a reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and professional person who can work with all aspects of marketing — when she says “full circle support” she means it.

Eaddy is an excellent guide into the world of digital advertising and selling. As a stained glass artist who normally shares my work in person, it has been a real journey to create a new website and understand how to reach people through social media. Eaddy helped
me to have the confidence and organization to engage with my clients in this new way.

My first ever email campaign sold three stock items and a custom piece of art - thank you, Eaddy!”

In just one hour with Eaddy, she showed us that we’d been trying to market two businesses as one. Our landscape design business and sculpture gallery each had different audiences and goals — and each deserved their own focused marketing effort.

That single piece of clarity motivated us to reorganize our website, revise our online listings, and pour new energy into promoting our Gallery as a destination.

She gave us the insight and the tools to refocus our efforts, the process was simple and quick, and we began to see immediate results.
— Granite Garden Gallery
Eaddy is really great to work with. She brings enthusiasm, clarity, and confidence to what could have been a muddled, complex, and uncertain process of creating a website. She has a thorough knowledge of what the options are and was able to steer me in the right direction and guide me through the process.

I now have the beautiful, functional, and successful website which I have been wanting for years. I now feel confident making adjustments and additions to the website, knowing that she will be available if I have any questions along the way.

The best part - I’m selling my artwork on my own website for the first time, sales are going strong, it worked!
